Companerismo Dog Training realizes that not all dogs are alike and they all learn differently which means training plans and techniques will vary with each dog. Since each dog is so different we create a training plan that is going to make sense and be attainable for you and your dog. We customize our in home session plans based on your dogs breed, age, temperament, personality, as well as, your training goals, learning style, and family members. During each in home session, we will teach you how to correctly use the same tools/techniques the trainer would. Believe it or not, dog training is more for the humans then it is for the dog. We use techniques proven to rid of unwanted behaviors and teach new desirable behaviors instead, our techniques ensure life long result.

Each in home session lasts 1-2 hours.
*Session packages (3 or more), include Marco Polo phone support and Unlimited Group classes for the rest of your dogs life. Single session includes group classes and Marco Polo phone support for 1 year.

We do the training for you! This is an excellent option for owners who don't have the time to do all of the training on their own, but are willing to maintain the training once its done. Our unique day training program allows you to Drop your dog off to us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9-5 where we will teach them Loose leash walking, Recall (Off leash option available), Place, Down, Sit, Stay and any other behaviors your desire. On Tuesdays and Thursdays your dog will stay home for Rest days and in home mini sessions where we come to you and show you your dogs progress as well as, how to continue the training on your own. While your dog is with us we will also be taking the, to multiple locations ( pet friendly stores, cafes, parks, outside of dog parks, etc.) to strengthen the commands and learn how to perform in all situations. To ensure you and your dog are set up for success this program includes:
-Up to 4 mini sessions with your trainer (3o min) During their day train.
-1 go home session (2 hours)
-3, 1:1 in home follow up sessions.
-Phone support through Marco polo for the dogs life.
-Unlimited group/social classes for your dogs entire life.
-Training Leash
This is a great program to help build a solid foundation for your puppy or get your adult dog back on the right track.

Companerismo Dog Trainings group classes offer a safe and structured environment to socialize your dog. During group classes, dogs are only allowed to engage with their owner. A lot of dogs struggle to focus around other dogs due to dog park socialization, this is a different approach teaching your dog to focus on you and not everything else around them. Not only will this technique strengthen your dogs training and focus, but also your relationship as dog and owner. Our group classes give clients and their dogs the opportunity to keep up with or continue the dogs training and strengthen the owners handling skills.

*You must RSVP to hold your spot in a group class as they're limited to 8 dogs per class.
Social classes are used to teach dogs proper social skills and understand social cues given by other dogs. These classes are a great place for shy, anxious, pushy, aggressive or overly playful dogs to learn proper play style. During social classes we will take the time to guide each dog until they're able to make good choices on their own. Companerismo Dog Training LLC is currently only doing small dog and puppy socials.
- Classes for small dogs (under 30lbs) and/or puppies are every Thursday @7:30 pm.
-Classes are posted weekly on our events section on the Home page. All classes are first come first serve, you must RSVP.
-All dogs must show proof of Up to date Vaccines, Puppies need minimum their first set of shots.
RULES
-NO Talk, Touch, or Eye contact with any of the dogs INCLUDING YOUR OWN. Some of the dogs do not enjoy human interactions. We want to make this a safe environment for all dogs.
-New class attendees must pay a $50 evaluation fee, this gives us the opportunity to get to know your dog and how they handle/act towards new people, dogs and environments. Current or past Clients are NOT required to do this or clients that have attended social classes in the past through Companerismo Dog Training LLC.
-Puppies under 4 months are NOT required to do an evaluation, but are required to pay the entrance Fee.
-You MUST be on time. We will leave the gate open 5 minutes after start time, but once the gate is closed it will NOT be opened. If you arrive and the gate is closed we will not let you in.
-Dogs are to be kept 5 ft apart when on leash. NO acceptions.
-Dogs must come on their training leash or a regular 6ft clip lead. NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES.
-1 Human per dog, No kids under the age of 13. If you come with more people then dogs you will be asked to leave.
-NO treats in class.
If you cannot comply with the rules you will be removed from the class.
Social Classes for one Year $100, $50 Evaluation Fee goes towards the overall Fee of $100.
$100 Fee does NOT Apply to Companerismo Dog Training LLC Clients.

During your dogs board and train you will get up to 2 mini sessions where we will take the time to go over some of their training with you and you can see their progress, they will also get a go home session on their final day of training with us to go over ALL that was done with them and how to maintain it, While your dog is with us they will get to experience multiple locations ( pet friendly stores, cafes, parks, outside of dog parks, etc.) to strengthen the commands and learn how to perform in all situations. To ensure you and your dog are set up for success this program includes:
-3, 1:1 in home follow up sessions.
-Phone support through Marco polo for the dogs life.
-Unlimited group/social classes for your dogs entire life
-Training Leash
Our Board and train program is a great way to set your puppy up for success and get them comfortable with new environments, handlers, and learn how to socialize with other dogs. This program can also be useful to touch up your old dogs skills or get your dog back on the right track.
